Well, it's nearly been a couple of weeks and I've still not got a camera. In the meantime, I've made a cute pin cushion, a couple of greetings cards and started on a little bag from a Japanese craft book.
If I knew what I was doing here I would post photos of all these and a link to the book which seems to be the blogging protocol.
Over the weekend, I also tried out a new recipe for muesli bars which was quite successful. I used to buy these from the supermarket but despite having a 'healthy' image they are packed with sugar and some with additives.
I've managed to remember to add a title to this post and a couple of labels. Next time, hopefully it will be a photo or a link.
Til then :-)

Well, it's been about 3 months since I created this blog and it's just taken me half an hour to work out how to get back into it. I think it would have been a good idea to keep a note of my blog name/log-in details etc!
I think the next step will be to get myself a camera. I know from the blogs I visit that it's the photos that grab my interest more than anything, although I do read the text too. And as I'm planning to try and find time to do more needlecrafting this would be a waste of time without photos of the results to show (don't hold your breath though). I'm hoping that this is going to give me the incentive to get on with some of the ideas that are bursting out of my head. It'll be slow progress though since I work full-time, belong to various other clubs etc and try to fit some exercise into the week too.
My dream would be to be at home full-time, crafting, cooking and trying to live as environmentally friendly as possible.
Till the next time (probably another 3 months time at this rate). 'I wonder if anyone will read this. How will I know if they do? I'm rubbish at this!!'
